Once your order is placed, we’re unable to make any adjustments to your order.

We carry a wide range of products made with different materials, which means each requires different care. You can find in-depth product information on individual product pages, but here are some general tips to keep in mind:

Glassware:

We carry a variety of glassware from brands all over the world with their own unique care instructions. Our Misette hand-blown glassware should not go in the dishwasher. We recommend washing by hand with mild soap and water. Our glassware offering does vary so we suggest reading the product descriptions for how best to care for your new glassware.

Napkins/Tablecloths/Placemats:

Our napkins, tablecloths and placemats are made out of natural materials. Most of the fabrics have been pre-washed and treated to avoid any damage with washing, but as with all natural fabrics, we still recommend washing linen napkins and tablecloths on a cold delicate machine-wash cycle, then tumble dry on low or air dry. Feel free to iron as needed. It’s best to avoid bleach and do not dry clean. Our jute placemats can be cleaned using a soft brush.

Dishware:

All of our Misette dinner and salad plates are made of high-quality porcelain and are microwave- and dishwasher-safe. Some of our servingware is handmade ceramic and more delicate, so we recommend washing and drying by hand.

Flatware:

All of our cutlery is dishwasher-safe. To keep it in its best condition, avoid abrasive sponges or strong detergent.

Absolutely. Send us an email to hello@misettetable.com and we’ll find a way for you to have a complete set again. Alternatively, we sell single items so your set never needs to be incomplete.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

All of our promotional codes can be used for a one-time purchase only. Once you enter your promotion code at checkout, your savings will be applied to your order. Promotions and discounts can’t be applied to sale items.

All discounted items are FINAL SALE and can’t be refunded.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs will vary depending on your shipping location and the items purchased. Once you enter your shipping address at checkout, you’ll get the shipping amount.

Misette covers the cost of shipping on orders over $200 USD and for gift registry orders.

We generally process and ship your order 3 to 5 business days after it has been placed. If you have any questions about your order, please email us at hello@misettetable.com.

All products are shipped from our warehouse in Toronto, Canada and sent directly to your home!

We currently ship within Canada and the United States. At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or PO boxes.

Need to make a return? Just email us at hello@misettetable.com to let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in original condition, unused and unwashed, with all original packaging and placed in a shipping box. Misette doesn't cover the cost of return shipment. We reserve the right to deny a refund, exchange or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. All sale items are FINAL SALE.

Pick-ups are not included in this service. Any duties paid are nonrefundable. We require that all returns be mailed with tracking, and they must arrive within 10 days of initiating the return process. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we’ll process your refund to the original form of payment within 10 to 12 business days. All sales taxes will be refunded, however original shipping charges are nonrefundable. You will receive an email notification when your order has been refunded. Misette cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

We’re unable to process exchanges at this time. If you’d like a new style or color, you may return the original item and then place a new order. If you need assistance, please contact us at hello@misettetable.com.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation and tracking number so you can follow your package as it travels to your home.

We take sustainability to heart through the use of compostable and recyclable packaging wherever possible. You can recycle most of our packaging or reuse it. These are just the first steps and we’re working towards becoming even more sustainable as we grow.
